The movie is the biography of legendary Bruce Man's Sifu (master). It sheds light on the 200-year history of WingChun, the defense technique originated from Kung Fu. The defense techniques unearthed by Yim Wing Chun are not sports that are held for demonstration purposes, unlike Wing Chun defense sports.
