Biografiya
Wladyslaw Szpilman was one of the promising concert pianists when the war broke out. He was playing Chopin's C minor Nocturne when the radio station was bombed in Luftwaffe. Like all the Jews, he and his family were driven out of their homes to the Warsaw ghetto. This very talented young man has begun to play in bars where blacksmiths and collaborators have fun in his new life. One of these collaborators saved him and his family from the train that took his family to death. Thanks to the whispers of war, insurgents and a German officer, Szpilman will manage to survive the war.
