The Wrestler 2008 Randy Robinson, one of the brightest professional wrestlers of the 80s, now struggles to make a living by fighting in school and auditoriums in New Jersey. He is unsuccessful in his private life and is quite disconnected from his only daughter from his family. He tries to hold on to life with the love of going to the ring, fighting and his fans. After suffering a heart attack during a match, his doctor tells him not to wrestle again. Saying goodbye to show business like this, Randy is forced to reconsider his life. Things seem to be going well for a while and he enters a market as a clerk. He starts to make peace with his daughter and gets close to a stripper.
