A deadly outbreak begins in Nome, a town in Alaska. The only cure for the outbreak is more than 600 miles away. The townspeople ask the dog and wolf trainer Leonhard Seppala to bring the cure. Seppala takes Togo, a skinny-looking old Siberian wolf, with him to lead. Seppala's wife, Constance, has known Togo since he was a puppy, and she knows he can show courage and loyalty in all circumstances. Seppala and Togo face a terrible storm on the road. In the cold up to -70 degrees, Togo and Seppala will have to fight hard to survive.
